Recipe for a delicious carrot stew: This soup tastes like that of a grandmother

Ingredients: You need 1 kilogram of carrots, half a kilogram of potatoes, 500 grams of minced meat, onion, garlic, about two to three liters of vegetable boil, salt, pepper, paprika powder and chopped onion.

Preparation: Peel the carrots and potatoes, cut the carrots into thin slices and the potatoes into small cubes. Pour into a saucepan and pour over the broth.

The carrot stew is rounded with minced meat and onion mixture

You need enough vegetable broth for the liquid to be about an inch above the vegetables. Then cook until the vegetables are done.
