Alkaline herbal and vegetable soup – farm shop

There are many reasons to enjoy basic soup. It tastes creamy and just feels good. There is no reason to be angry about it.

Basic herbal vegetable soup

ingredients

  • 1 leek

    1 tablespoon olive oil

  • broccoli
  • pumpkin
  • 1/2 liter of water
  • 4 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 handful of fresh basil,
  • parsley, chives
  • 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
  • black pepper

prepared

  1. Cut the leek into thin rings, cut the pumpkins and broccoli into small pieces.
  2. Let the leeks stain in olive oil, add the vegetables and pour over water.
  3. Let cook until the vegetables are tender. Season, mix, enjoy.
