Rainer Sass visits Gabriele Harresen directly at the port of Rostock. The headmistress of a nursery has a perfectly equipped kitchen, but she uses it only to make coffee, because at the oven her husband rules.

But now Gabriele Harresen wants to show that she can prepare something real. She wants a typical fried fish with potato salad and tartar sauce from Rainer Sass. NDR’s TV chef not only helps with shopping, but of course with cooking as well. Gabriele Harresen was particularly captivated by her soaked sauce as it is really quick and delicious with a variety of herbs. In the end, Rainer Sass discovers something very special in the Harresen house.
