Here’s how it’s done:
First, let the oven preheat to 175 degrees (upper and lower heat) or 150 degrees (convection).
Then peel the onion and garlic and cut both into thin cubes.
Heat the oil in a roasting pan, dissolve in the minced meat and let it fry, turning regularly. Break the meat well. Then add onion, garlic and thyme and fry briefly. Then add the tomato paste and sauté it briefly. Now season everything with salt, pepper, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and pepper.
Dissolve the vegetable powder in 700 milliliters of warm water. Then deglaze the minced meat with the tomatoes in the broth. Let everything boil slowly. Then add the milk and cream and mix thoroughly.
Add the raw noodles and mix thoroughly. Then stuff everything into a baking dish and crumble the cheese over it.
Now place the pan in the preheated oven and let it bake for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the thyme and dry. Roughly pluck the leaves from the stems.
When you take the pan out of the oven, pour in a teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle with the thyme.
Now you can serve. Enjoy your meal!
