Heart pepper lentil pan with fried egg


A hearty pan of lentils, peppers, juicy vegetables in a spicy sauce, with a crispy fried egg and fresh sprouts.

A hearty pan of lentils, peppers, juicy vegetables in a spicy sauce, with a crispy fried egg and fresh sprouts.

With little effort you can evoke this amazingly spicy paprika and slow pan with fried egg and fresh sprouts. Brilliant!

Ingredients for about 4 servings:

  • 1 strain
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 peppers, red
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1 hot pepper, red
  • 200 grams of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tp curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 250 g lentils, green
  • 2 tp tomato paste
  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • Salo
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 handful of germs

Approximately per serving:

  • 452 calories

Prepare time:

  1. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into thin cubes. Wash all vegetables. Halve the peppers, clean and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean a pumpkin and cut into cubes about an inch. Cut the peppers into rings. Divide cauliflower into florets.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic and spices for two to three minutes. Add lentils, roast briefly high. Then add the tomato paste until fully combined. Toss with vegetable broth and add vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Boil on low heat for about 25 minutes. The lenses should still have a bit of a bite.
  3. Wash the shoots and dry. Fry the eggs in a pan with a little oil until they are crispy. Serve the fried vegetables garnished with the fried egg and sprouts.
