Lose weight delicious: Light slow soup with carrots
Lentils are not only an absolute superfood, they can also help you lose weight. This light soup is easy to make and super healthy!
And here’s how it’s done:
- Wash the carrots and cut into large pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a saucepan, add the carrots and lentils and sauté briefly. Add vegetable broth and milk and boil. Boil on low to medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Clean the soup with a hand mixer until the desired consistency is reached. Here you can decide for yourself whether you would like to enjoy the soup finely or with a few pieces. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli.
- Serve the soup in four bowls, place a tablespoon of yogurt in the center and sprinkle with fresh parsley. If you like, you can add a toasted slice of your favorite bread to soak.
Tip: Of course, you can also easily prepare this vegan dish. Simply replace milk and yogurt with a plant-based alternative, e.g. B. from oats or soy. If you make a larger set, this soup also freezes well and melts as needed.
