  • 1 pumpkin (approx. 150 g)
  • 10 g shredded black olives
  • 100 grams of tomatoes
  • 50 g fetus (9% fat)
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 160 g cod
  • lemon juice
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Approximately per serving:

  • 330 calories
  • 14 grams of fat
  • 9 grams of carbohydrates
  • 40 grams of protein

Prepare time:

  • 15 minutes (plus 20 minutes of baking)

And here’s how it’s done:


  1. Wash the vegetables first. Thinly slice pumpkins and olives. Cut tomatoes and fetus. Finely chop the rosemary. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees circulating air.
  2. Rub cod fillet with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Brush a baking dish with olive oil and place the fish in it.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of pumpkin, olives, tomatoes and feta cheese on top. Set aside the remaining pumpkins and tomatoes. Sprinkle everything with rosemary. Cook in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
