It tastes like a holiday! Mediterranean fish casserole with vegetables and feta

Low carbohydrate, easy and really fast: Our Mediterranean fish casserole is worth it!
Casseroles are just delicious! Whether with potatoes, vegetables or pasta – there are few limits to creativity. Fish and meat are also found in the delicious salad. Ingredients per 1 serving:
1 pumpkin (approx. 150 g)
10 g shredded black olives
100 grams of tomatoes
50 g fetus (9% fat)
2 sprigs of rosemary
160 g cod
lemon juice
Salt pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Approximately per serving:
330 calories
14 grams of fat
9 grams of carbohydrates
40 grams of protein
Prepare time:
15 minutes (plus 20 minutes of baking)
And here’s how it’s done:
Wash the vegetables first. Thinly slice pumpkins and olives. Cut tomatoes and fetus. Finely chop the rosemary. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees circulating air.
Rub cod fillet with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Brush a baking dish with olive oil and place the fish in it.
Sprinkle a layer of pumpkin, olives, tomatoes and feta cheese on top. Set aside the remaining pumpkins and tomatoes. Sprinkle everything with rosemary. Cook in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
