Ingredients for about 4 servings:
6 tablespoons olive oil
700 g tomatoes, quartered
3 ascalon, cut
4 garlic cloves, peeled
5 sprigs of rosemary
5 sprigs of thyme
sea salt
Pepper from the grinder
2 wolves, fresh
1 organic lemon (juice only)
2 organic lemons, sliced
Approximately per serving:
340 calories
25 grams of fat
9 grams of carbohydrates
20 grams of protein
Prepare time:
about 20 minutes (plus 25 minutes of baking and cooking)
And here’s how it’s done:
Preheat the oven to 200-degree upper / lower heat or 100-degree convection.
Put olive oil in a bowl. Add tomatoes, shallots, garlic, 3 sprigs of rosemary and 3 sprigs of thyme. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything together.
Rinse the fish inside and out, dry and sprinkle with lemon juice. Then salt and pepper. Place the remaining herbs and the lemon slices in the abdominal cavities.
Pour fish with a little olive oil. Fry them in oil in a large pan for 2 minutes on each side.
Then spread the contents of the bowl evenly on the baking sheet and add the fish. Bake everything in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Serve the fish with salad and fresh white bread. Enjoy your meal!
