Creative gourmet cuisine Mediterranean: Fresh hatch from the oven
Preparation of a hatch does not take long. While the oven is preheating, the preparations are almost done. Splendid. And it is so easy to prepare the fish.
Ingredients for about 4 servings:
6 tablespoons olive oil
700 g tomatoes, quartered
3 ascalon, cut
4 garlic cloves, peeled
5 sprigs of rosemary
5 sprigs of thyme
Pepper from the grinder
2 wolves, fresh
1 organic lemon (juice only)
2 organic lemons, sliced
Approximately per serving:
25 grams of fat
9 grams of carbohydrates
20 grams of protein
about 20 minutes (plus 25 minutes of baking and cooking)
And here’s how it’s done:
Preheat the oven to 200-degree upper / lower heat or 100-degree convection.
Put olive oil in a bowl. Add tomatoes, shallots, garlic, 3 sprigs of rosemary and 3 sprigs of thyme. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything together.
Rinse the fish inside and out, dry and sprinkle with lemon juice. Then salt and pepper. Place the remaining herbs and the lemon slices in the abdominal cavities.
Pour fish with a little olive oil. Fry them in oil in a large pan for 2 minutes on each side.
Then spread the contents of the bowl evenly on the baking sheet and add the fish. Bake everything in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Serve the fish with salad and fresh white bread. Enjoy your meal!
We all know that a fish is healthy and good for a slim figure. However, we often lack inspiration on how to prepare fresh fish in our exciting daily life. And here he comes Luke from the oven in the game. While the oven is warming up, the wonderfully colorful vegetables are already ready.
In the same league plays the gold in the salt crust, which tastes fresh from the sea. And if you want fish, but not a whole animal, then we recommend the potato soup with smoked trout and the bismarck herrings.
We’ve compiled even more fish recipes for you in our gallery. Since we couldn’t decide, there are quite a few good suggestions. Enjoy browsing.
