So easy and so incredibly delicious! Thanks to many valuable plant substances, the vegan detox soup really boosts our metabolism and thus helps to detoxify the body and increase our well-being in the long run.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 600 g broccoli
  • 750 g savoy cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 sticks of celery
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 strain
  • 2 pastries
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 ml vegetable, warm
  • 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • Basil, 2 stems
  • Salo

Approximately per serving:

  • 397 calories
  • 9 grams of fat
  • 47 grams of carbohydrates
  • 21 grams of protein

And here’s how it’s done:


  1. Peel about 100 grams of broccoli florets and separate. Wash the remaining vegetables and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté lightly for five minutes.
  3. Add hot vegetable broth and lemon juice. Boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for two minutes. Drain and set aside.
  5. Add the basil to the soup and clean everything with a hand mixer. Pour the soup into garnish plates or bowls and arrange with the blanched broccoli and serve. Enjoy your meal!
