Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce with Roasted Sesame
Pasta (eg orichiette, farfalle, etc.)
- Remove the stem from the shoots and cut crosswise. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Clean (do not wash) the mushrooms and cut in half. Clean and finely chop the spring onions. Remove the stem and seeds from the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat some olive oil in a saucepan. Briefly sauté the spring onions in it until translucent. Add the vegetables and roast briefly. Then pour in the vegetable soup and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
- In a separate pot, cook the dough in plenty of salted water according to package instructions. Then add the teriyaki sauce, season the soup with a little pepper and, if desired, a pinch of salt.
- Finely chop the parsley and fold. Finally, mix the pasta into the vegetable soup and serve.
