Now put the scraped mixture of potatoes into a bowl. Then chop the garlic, cut the bacon into small cubes and the spring onions into rings and fry everything in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes.

Garlic, bacon and spring onions are added to the potato puree with salt, pepper, nutmeg and a drop of olive oil. Cream cheese and Gouda are also mixed. Meanwhile, the oven can be preheated to 180 degrees circulating air (220 degrees upper / lower heat).

This mass is now put back into the potatoes, creating a small mound that is finally sprinkled with parmesan. The stuffed potatoes are then placed in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until they are nicely golden.
