To make sure the marinade sticks well, dry the meat and fish with paper towels before putting in the marinade. Meat needs to soak longer in the spice than fish. The longer the meat is marinated, the more aromatic and tender it becomes. Half an hour is usually enough for fish. Do not sprinkle the marinade, cover the grilled meat thickly
Do not spare the marinade, spread the food evenly on the grill and place it in a sealed container or in a freezer bag in the refrigerator. It is best to soak the meat overnight.
Before you put the marinated food on the grill, you should sprinkle it well. The oil in the marinade or the herbs should not drip on the embers. Recipe for marinated beer
For the beer marinade you need: 50 milliliters of oil, 40 milliliters of vinegar, a bottle of beer (light 0.33 liters), 3 teaspoons of warm mustard, 3 spring onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 bay leaf, salt and pepper
Put the oil, vinegar and beer in a bowl and add the mustard. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Peel the garlic and press through the press. Pour into the marinade, then add the bay leaf and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and spread it on the food to be grilled. The beer marinade is suitable for pork steaks.

Recipe for vodka marinade
For the vodka marinade you will need: 70 milliliters of vodka, 50 milliliters of olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, half a bunch of dill, sea salt, freshly ground black pepper
Peel the garlic and cut very finely. Wash the dill, dry and chop finely. Combine the garlic, dill, 1 tablespoon salt and 2 tablespoons pepper in a bowl. Add the vodka and oil, stir well and brush the roasted food. This marinade matches beef steak.
Lime marinade recipe
For the border marinade you will need: 1 finger-sized piece of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 organic lime, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Peel the garlic cloves and press through the press. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. From the lime you need the sauce and 2 tablespoons of the juice. Mix everything with the remaining ingredients and marinate the meat with it. This Asian-inspired marinade is good for chicken, but also for pork belly.
